RAFAEL BIDARRA

Rafael Bidarra is associate professor Game Technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science of Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands. He leads the game technology research lab at the Computer Graphics and Visualization Group. His current research interests include: procedural and semantic modeling techniques for the specification and generation of both virtual worlds and gameplay; serious gaming; game adaptivity and game data analytics.
Rafael has numerous publications in international journals and conference proceedings, integrates the editorial board of several journals, and has served in many conference program committees.

RICHARD CATHERAL

Richard has been deeply involved in entrepreneurial value creation in unusual situations for 17 years. After a decade leading at senior levels in the UK market-based and public sectors pioneering social enterprise hybrids, he has developed specialisms linking to enabling innovation, entrepreneurship and investment in harder places. He has now worked in 26 countries with more than 250 teams. Over his career Richard has been instrumental in over €50 million of business development, €15 million of this, internationally including in hard places.

CRISTIANO INGUGLIA

Cristiano is Assistant professor in Developmental and Educational Psychology at the University of Palermo. He participated to several research international projects in the field of social and human sciences. His research interests are focused on the field of developmental psychology, as related to the social development of children, adolescents and emerging adults, especially with regard to their positive development, socio-psychological adaptation, and social inclusion.

PASQUALE MUSSO

Pasquale holds a PhD in Public Relations from the University of Palermo, Italy. Currently, he is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Culture, Education and Society of the University of Calabria, Italy. His research interests focus on the social development of youth, with specific attention to what promotes positive development and mutual intercultural relations. He is also involved in different intervention projects aimed at contrasting school dropout phenomenon.
