Azioni partecipate per ripensare gli ecosistemi del cibo

Bauhaus Bites promotes responsible food production and consumption through the values of the New European Bauhaus: beauty, sustainability and inclusion. Active from November 2024 to 2027, the project involves fifteen partners across ten European countries and aims to reach over a thousand people through the creation of spaces and networks, strengthened by nature-based solutions and capable of making food healthy, accessible and environmentally friendly.

In Palermo, PUSH coordinates the local activities in collaboration with EPYC, a community space that becomes a co-design laboratory for collectively exploring models of urban production and consumption. The community is being engaged in a series of cooking talks, self-production workshops, and urban mapping activities. The data and content emerging from these activities, together with a series of focus groups, will form the basis for drafting a Food Manifesto for the City of Palermo.

Bauhaus Bites is a research and innovation project funded by the Horizon Europe programme and coordinated by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
